EPFO Recruitment 2022 Overview:

Total Vacancy:

There are total 7 Vacancies. Such as:

• Welfare Officer – 01
• Junior Analyst – 02
• Research Assistant/ ARO – 04

Eligibility Criteria:

• The Candidates must have to complete their Post Graduate Degree or, diploma in Social Service or, Social Welfare or, Social Work or, Sociology or, Psychology of a recognized University or, Institution or equivalent,
• The Candidates shall have three years experience in a responsible capacity in Social Work in a social welfare Department under the Central or, State Government or in a recognized Voluntary Social Welfare organization.

Age Limit:

The Candidates who are applying should not exceed the maximum age limit of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Salary Package:

For the Shortlisted Candidates the Salary Offered for above said post is Level-7 of the Pay matrix [Pay Band-2 Rs.9300 34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600/-(pre-revised)].

Selection Process:

The Selection will be based on deputation.

• The Deputation will be governed as per the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and Training from time to time and also as per the provisions of the Recruitment Rules of the respective cadre.
• And the tenure of deputation will be initially for a period of three (03) years.
