CTET 2022 NOTIFICATION (RELEASED)| APPLICATION FROM, EXAM DATE|SYLLABUS,CRITERIA

CTET 2022 NOTIFICATION: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the official notification for conducting the 16th edition the of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode in December 2022(exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidate).

The test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages throughout the country. The detailed
Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility
criteria, examination fee, examination cities, and important dates will be available on
CTET official website https://ctet.nic.in shortly

Aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above-mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through the CTET website i.e. https://ctet.nic.in.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR CTET 2022 NOTIFICATION :

• CTET Education Qualification For Class I-V (Primary Stage):

1. The candidate must have completed their senior secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and have passed or appeared for the final year of 2-years of Diploma in Elementary Education,

or

2. Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks & passed or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education by the NCTE regulations, 2002,

or

3. Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.),

or

4. Senior Secondary with 50% marks & passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education),

or

5. Graduation and Passed or appearing for the final year of two years of Diploma in Elementary Education

• CTET Education Qualification For Class VI-VII (Elementary Stage):

1. Graduation and Passed or Appearing for the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Passed or appearing for the 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed),

or

2. Graduation with at least 45% marks and Passed or appearing for the 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed), by the NCTE regulations, or
Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and Passed or appearing for the final year of 4-year B.A./ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed,

or

3. Graduation with at least 50% marks and Passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)

AGE LIMIT FOR CTET 2022 NOTIFICATION:

The candidates must be a minimum of 17 years old. There is no upper age limit for CTET.

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR CTET 2022 NOTIFICATION:

The online application window the for Central Teacher Eligibility Test December 2022 the for December session can start from July 20, 2022. The online application process can be done till August 19, 2022. The CTET 2022 exam is expected to be held from November 15 to December 16, 2022.
