- Monitoring MIS report ISO 9001:2008
- Implementation of TPM in section.
- Optimum Utilization of ESP, Hammer mill, four Roll crushers, Vibrating screen & other related equipment.
- Burden preparations as per customer’s requirement.
- Monitoring the daily cost of production.
- Ensuring zero breakdowns & 100% safety by proper preventive measures.
- Ensuring maximized equipment efficiency.
- Coordination with Blast Furnace regarding the quality & quantity of product sinter.
- Proper attention to the crushing index of coke, limestone, and dolomite.
- Ensuring quality, quantity, and costing of sinter as per norms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To properly record all operation& maintenance-related activities including Logbooks, LLF Checklist, and OMPRO.
- Operating the DCS, PLC in coal, Lime, and Petcoke handling control room.
- Monitor the entire work to be a Zero Accident Zone with utmost care for human lives & prevent property damage.
- Ensure all maintenance & nonroutine task are performed in full compliance with the PTW system.
- Operation & maintenance of all types of fixed firefighting installation, Commission & Fire alarms, Detectors, sprinklers, DV systems, and hooters.
