BSF Constable Vacancy 2023: Border Security Force (BSF) has released a notification for the recruitment of various posts. The name of the posts are SI (Vehicle Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Store Keeper), Const (OTRP, SKT, Fitter, Auto Elect, Veh Mech, BSTS, Welder, Painter), ASI (DM Gde-III), HC(Pump operator), Constable (Generator Operator, Generator Mechanic, Lineman), etc.
Online applications are invited from eligible and interested Male and Female Indian citizens for filling up the under-mentioned vacancies in Group-„B‟ & „C‟ combatised (Non-Gazette-Non Ministerial) posts in the Border Security Force, SMT WKSP and Engineering through Online Mode only for the vacancy year 2023.

Educational Qualification:

SI (Vehicle Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Store Keeper) –
Minimum three years’ Diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Auto Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Government.
Const (OTRP, SKT, Fitter, Auto Elect, Veh Mech, BSTS, Welder, Painter) –
Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board or Institution and (a) Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade; or (b) Three years work experience in respective trade from a reputed firm.
ASI (Draftsman Grade-III) –
Essential
Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. b) Diploma course in Draftsmanship (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized University or Institution.
Desirable
Diploma in civil Engineering
HC (Pump Operator) –
Matriculation pass or its equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Pump Operator or three years’ experience in the respective trade from reputed firm.
Constable (Generator Operator) –
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade (i.e. Electrician or Wireman or Diesel /Motor Mechanic) from a recognized institute and three years’ experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
Constable (Generator Mechanic) –
Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute and three years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
Constable (Lineman) –
Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate from a recognized institute in the trade of Electrical wireman or Lineman and three years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
