BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED REQUIREMENT: Bharat Electronics Limited a navaratna company of India has released an official notification for the recruitment of experienced professionals for the post of Project Engineers – 12 Posts (BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Mechanical / Civil /Electrical) and Trainee Engineers – 08 posts (BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Mechanical) on a short term basis.

AGE Relaxation: The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST candidates by 5 years, for OBC
candidates by 3 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum 40% disability or more
will get 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories
SALARY:
Trainee Engineer–I
1st year – Rs. 30,000/- pm,
2nd year- Rs. 35,000/- pm,
3rd year- Rs. 40,000/- pm.
Project Engineer-I
1st year – Rs. 40,000/-pm,
2nd year -Rs. 45,000/-pm,
3rd year Rs. 50,000/- pm,
4th year Rs. 55,000/- pm.
Qualification: Candidates must pass a Full time BE/ B.Tech Engineering (4 years) course from AICTE approved Institute /University in the relevant disciplines of Engineering.
Post qualification Experience (as of 01.02.2022): Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience is mandatory to apply for the post of Project Engineer – I.
Academic / Teaching experience will not be considered.
One year of completed apprenticeship training will be considered as experience.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience in one or more areas mentioned above.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED RECRUITMENT
Selection will be through Written tests and Interviews at Pune
Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the Written Test.
Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview based on their performance in the written test.
The written test date will be intimated by e-mail in due course.
The written test will consist of objective type multiple choice questions from engineering
subjects in respective disciplines/specializations and General Aptitude.
The assessment weightage will be 85% for written tests and 15% for interviews.
The results of the final selection will be available on the BEL website

The application fee for the post of Project Engineer is Rs. 500/- and for the post of Trainee Engineer is Rs. 200/- DD in favor of “Bharat Electronics Limited” payable at Pune.
One candidate can apply for only ONE POST in one application.
Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sector is also applicable for this post but needs to submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with the application.
